Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026.

This notice explains personal information associated with visiting immigeurope.com, using its planning tools and contacting the publication. IMMIGEUROPE is an independent information website. Please do not send identity documents, immigration case files or other sensitive application records.

Information associated with your visit

Our hosting service, Hostinger, and website services may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and technical logs to deliver the website, investigate errors and protect it from misuse. Google Analytics is used to understand website use. Depending on configuration and your choices, it can process page interactions, browser/device information and cookie or other online identifiers. We do not represent Analytics data as anonymous merely because your name is not requested.

The moving checklist saves the steps you select in your browser’s local storage, separately for the destination and purpose selected. The checklist feature does not itself send those saved ticks to us. They remain on that browser until removed; clearing site data removes them. Analytics and hosting services may still record a visit to the tool.

Google advertising and third parties

The site uses Google AdSense advertising services. Google and other third-party advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and device or cookie identifiers to serve, measure and protect advertising. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to show ads based on visits to this website and other websites. How advertising data is processed depends on consent, other privacy choices and the services involved.

Read how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and participating third-party vendors through YourAdChoices. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop advertisements or all advertising-related processing.

Cookies, consent and embedded content

Advertising and Analytics involve non-essential technologies. Where consent is required, including applicable requirements for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, those technologies require the appropriate consent process. A privacy notice alone does not obtain that consent. Where a Google privacy choices control is available, use it to review or change your choices; our cookie policy explains additional browser controls.

Some articles embed videos through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain. These embeds still contact YouTube and may process technical information; interacting with a video can involve further collection under Google’s policies. External links take you to independently operated websites. Article photographs served from this website do not require your browser to fetch the photograph from its original photographer’s site.

Messages, comments and administration

If you email us, your email address, message and any details you include are processed to handle that enquiry. If comments are enabled, WordPress can store the submitted comment, name, email, website, IP address and browser information for display, moderation and abuse prevention; do not include private case details. WordPress also uses cookies for authorized administrator login and preferences.

Retention, access and your requests

Retention depends on the data and service: checklist data stays in your browser until cleared; hosting, Google and other providers have their own retention settings and policies. Reader messages and any comments may be retained to address enquiries, corrections and abuse. Authorized site administrators and service providers may access information needed for their respective functions. Providers may process information in other countries.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact contact@immigeurope.com with the relevant page or interaction and a description of your request. We may need enough information to locate the record and verify the request; do not email identity documents unsolicited. You may also contact the relevant data protection authority. Material changes to this notice will appear here with an updated date.
