Organise an e-consular request by the exact Brazilian consular service and the consulate responsible for you. Keep document pre-check, appointment booking and the service result as separate milestones.

What the official guidance establishes

Toronto’s official e-consular system says appointment dates are not offered immediately: requested document images are submitted first. This describes Toronto’s service and is not a promise about every Brazilian post. Read Brazilian Consulate in Toronto: e-consular instructions for the original scope and current instructions.

Identify the post and the service

Start from the responsible consulate’s official website and record the service name, applicant category and delivery method. Use Toronto’s sequence as an example of why the local instructions matter, rather than assuming every office uses identical screens or accepts the same documents.

Build a field-to-file manifest

For each requested upload, record the field label, filename, document date and whether all relevant pages are included. Keep the original version separately. Read the service instructions before cropping, combining or compressing files so the submission still contains the requested information.

Track corrections as revisions

Save the submission reference and any consular message. If a correction is requested, note the exact issue, the replacement file and the date it was resubmitted. Keep “validated for appointment” separate from “service completed” in your own tracker.

Your working sheet

This is an optional IMMIGEUROPE planning worksheet, not an official application form or a new document requirement.

Worked planning example

A fictional applicant receives a message asking for a clearer image. Their tracker records a document-quality correction, not a visa refusal. They replace only the requested item and retain both the message and the resubmission record.

Use the local post’s contact channel for a missing appointment or unclear instruction; do not send originals merely because an online request exists. Keep the next action in the moving planner and use the guide library for the next part of your move.
