Turn a conditional university offer into individual, dated evidence tasks. Read every condition in the actual letter and confirm how the institution records that each one has been satisfied.

What the official guidance establishes

The UK Student course guidance links the visa process to an unconditional offer from a licensed student sponsor and a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies. A conditional admission offer is therefore a distinct planning milestone in that UK example. Read GOV.UK: Student visa course and offer for the original scope and current instructions.

Break the offer into real conditions

Copy academic, language, funding and administrative conditions as separate rows when they appear in the offer. Record the exact evidence requested and the stated date. Keep a proposed task separate from an outcome already acknowledged by the institution.

Assign evidence to an owner

Identify the school, test provider, funder or individual who can supply each record. Add the delivery format and the institution’s submission channel. When a result or document is pending, ask about the actual process rather than assuming a late or provisional version will be accepted.

Close each condition with confirmation

Retain the final document sent and the institution’s response. Check any revised offer or course date against the tracker. Begin the immigration step from the instructions that actually apply after the offer status changes, rather than treating an admissions email as a visa document.

Your working sheet

This is an optional IMMIGEUROPE planning worksheet, not an official application form or a new document requirement.

Worked planning example

A fictional offer asks for a final transcript and a language result. The student sends the transcript first but leaves the second row open until the institution confirms the result meets the condition. One completed task does not mark the whole offer unconditional.

Keep the latest offer version with the tracker so changed conditions are easy to identify. Keep the next action in the moving planner and use the guide library for the next part of your move.
